"Booked through ClassPass and have really enjoyed the classes! Classes are super fun and consist of a 10 minute warm up, 30-40 minutes of partner mitt work, and a brief cool down at the end. I usually box in a gym, and I have really enjoyed the outdoor classes. The owners (John and Kaleigh) are fantastic coaches and do a great job of leading the classes and teaching proper boxing form. The members are also super nice and welcoming. Highly recommend giving back bay boxing a shot. Great for both beginners interested in trying out boxing or experienced boxers."

"Back Bay Boxing is awesome. I have experience with other fighting styles but came here in hopes of cleaning up my boxing technique. Four classes in and I am really enjoying it. I didn't know how to jump rope at all before this class and I am steadily getting better. The workouts crush me in a good way each time and Coach Johnny has been extremely helpful with his critiques. Many different experience levels are present in his gym, but I felt welcome on day one and it is a pleasant gym to go to."
"First time I ever picked up boxing gloves was about a month ago at Back Bay Boxing. The coaches taught me everything I needed to get started and boxing has quickly become one of my new favorite hobbies. It’s a great way to add diversity to your traditional workouts. The coaches are also great, and put a lot of energy and care into coaching. I like how they really focus on technique and everyone gets a little one on one time throughout the class.
