"I have an e-bike with a rather complicated back wheel mechanism (niu uqi sport +). When I popped a flat, not even a licensed repair shop would look at it. However James got right on the job and was able to reseal the tires in around an hour. He was incredibly knowledgeable and despite not being able to have reference to a break diagram, put everything back together. My service came out to 60$ which might seem pricy for a flat but considering the skill required to do such a job and that he saved me a trip to the repair shop in Rhode Island, I would say money well spent."
