"I don’t want to give even a star because my doctor prescribed the powered form of praziquantel drugs a staff working there is kidding me that the price the of powered form praziquantel is a 100 thousand dollars and told that staff are you kidding seriously a powered drugs is too expensive I can’t believe that . But actual they don’t have the powered form and went tomorrow for drugs but this time one girls work in there is nice and convincing me good they have available in table form of praziquantel drugs only and she also told me the price of that drugs it’s a 20 dollar only . But she don’t give me drugs of tablets form because doctors only prescribe me powered form I have schistosomiasis positive in lab 26 October but it’s the Nov 9 I don’t get any medicine what treatment they are doing with peoples. I thinks they are not serious to peoples life and health I call the cha nurse to change the powered form drug’s into tablet but my request is waste of time It’s a rudely stupid as well as manner less services that they are providing us i not joking even I don’t want to give a stars now finally I want to changes this pharmacy and I want to also change the cha center as cha Malden doctor are good and my family doctor is good but the receptionist is very bad and mannerless with moral less and stupid staff so it’s a too much long but I just want to share my experiences in there and I wish this is not happening to other people"

"The customer service here is excellent! All the pharmacist I have come in contact with have always been very pleasant and helpful. Even during times where there was only one tech working(short with wavy/curly hair) she still greeted every customer warmly and did her best to help everyone in a timely manner. They had to close during the afternoon just to give her a lunch break because of being short staffed."

"This location is incredibly slow. I was told to wait 15 minutes for an additional prescription to be picked up but am still waiting 40 minutes later and there have only been two other customers."
