And if you like to sweat - the power/sculpt classes are the best. Not to mention, the community that they have built is so supportive - it's easy to chat with people before/after class if you're looking for some connection. Highly highly highly recommend to everyone and anyone looking for a studio to practice yoga :)"

"Universal Power Yoga is the BEST. I joined UPY in 2014 in Norwood and am excited about the new location in Westwood. A big plus for monthly members is the yoga mat storage. All UPY yoga studios are warm and welcoming, with a clean and friendly vibe! UPY yoga teachers bring a level of energy that is infectious. Modification and challenge poses are offered and suggested if needed. Every yoga class and teacher over the past eight years has not disappointed me.
