Charlotte was awesome in assisting me with the right sneaker style to best support my needs. She measured my foot and then examined my foot stride as I walked. From there, Charlotte knew exactly which sneakers to show me. I enjoyed trying on the different selections to get the perfect feel. Charlotte is amazing and is an expert in her field!! "I went in for a new pair of shoes; service was awesome. I am a fairly new runner and was on my first running shoe replacement; I scheduled a fitting appointment and based on our discussion and measurement, we agreed that an adjustment to my shoe size made sense. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the shoe sizing quite right (it happens); when I went to exchange for a different size, there was literally zero friction from the store. It was a smooth exchange; right on par with how my initial visit went. The whole experience was awesome and I’m looking forward to buying all of my running shoes from Charles River Running moving forward.
