"I have been a member of KJ Fitness since its inception over 5 years ago. It’s the perfect place for small group work outs. I used to go to larger gyms where I felt like a number rather than part of a fitness family as I do at KJ Fitness. There is a great variety of classes taught by exceptional instructors. The clientele are also exceptional. We motivate each other with the same goals in mind. The owner is passionate about fitness and it shows in how she treats each client. I highly recommend KJ Fitness for those who thrive in a smaller group work out environment. "Normally I don’t feel comfortable in a normal gym environment with all the commotion and people around me so the gym was nevertheless my thing! I heard about kJ fitness from a very close friend and as soon as I entered the door I suddenly felt welcomed by everyone, each instructor aims to please! They work with you to make sure your getting what you came to accomplish! A very good place to work out and make new friends, definite recommendation for those who just want to work out and feel comfortable around wonderful people! "Let me just start by saying that I hate exercising. Normally, even thinking about moving my body fills me with a sense of dread. That being said- I actually look forward to going to KJFitness. Not only do the teachers manage to make the classes actually fun, there is a sense of community among the students and teachers alike. This is the only gym or fitness studio where I feel safe to sweat in front of other people! I can not recommend this studio enough!!!!"
