"I’ve been a member at OTF Walpole for 5+ years and love it! It continues to challenge me at various fitness levels (including pregnancy, post-partum, etc). While it’s really about what you put into the workout, I like that it takes the “thinking” out of it and each day is unique with coaches pushing you along the way. "I was never a "gym guy". The coaches and the OTF system makes it so easy to go in and workout without thinking. I would have never known where to start or end a workout without the coaches at OTF. It's great for people who just want to go in and get it done and see incremental positive changes. Great location in Walpole with easy parking. It's a clean facility. 1 hour of this workout at OTF can take your mind off everything and give you a personal reset. Marc and the team are awesome. Great community leaders too! Update 5/15/2024 As a board member with The Walpole Chamber of Commerce, we co-hosted a net-working "out" event at Orange Theory Fitness last evening. The staff is amazing. The workout was great because everyone who attended as part of our event was able to participate to the level of their own workout even though it is a group coached class. Most of the participants had never been to an Orange Theory workout. It was a great event and The Walpole Chamber looks forward to co-hosting more events like it in the future.
