"I bought a 2018 Ducati xDiavel S from Joe's bike and was told there are no issues with the bike. I didn't test ride or or do a thorough inspection as they said they would work with me to resolve any issues if there were any. The very next day after purchase, I noticed the rear pulley had a wobble causing the belt to walk off the pulley. I contacted Joe about the issue but he claimed that his Ducati dealer said its normal. I took it to my Ducati dealer and they said its definitely not normal and riding further could damage the belt. I replaced the unit for $1500 and after that there were no more wobbling and the belt now stays on the pulley as it should. Joe refused to provide any sort of reimbursement for the repair. Would not recommend this dealership."
