"I would HIGHLY recommend Pelham Saddlery for online purchases!!! I recently purchased a gorgeous Smith Worthington saddle on consignment from Pelham. It shipped SO fast and was perfectly packaged! My saddle fitter couldn't believe the saddle was used, it was in such lovely condition. Pelham called me to check in during my trial to make sure everything was perfect - and it was. I decided to keep the saddle. As soon as I got it back from re-flocking by my fitter, "disaster" struck when my 3 year old colt managed to buck off the billets while lunging! When I called Pelham, the first thing they did was make sure I was OK and not on the horse when it happened. Then, Pam listened to my story and offered to have the saddle repaired by my fitter!!! It was amazing not to have to deal with the back-and-forth of shipping or having to deal with unknowns. As soon as I had a receipt for the repair, I was promptly refunded. Customer service doesn't get better than this folks. This is why it pays to buy from a trusted business instead of some random person online...Pelham knows saddles, and cares about getting it right for both the horse and rider.
