Reviews
"I call and it said closed. I click to hear their hours and that states 9 to 4 Monday through Friday. So why is it telling me it’s closed at 3 pm? Horrible customer service."
"Always make an appointment. Otherwise, your waittime can be long. Staff can be friendly and courteous, but they can also be rude and harsh, depends on you and your attitude."
"M Eady is very professional and knowledgeable. She walked me through the process and patiently answered any questions I had."
"Went on there to request a diplicate SS card for my 15 yr old. Pretty simple you would think. Nope. The rude clerk said we needed to get her medical profile from her doctor. For a replacement SS card? Ridiculous. That clerk was so rude. My daughter said i should have told her off."
"I went in this office several times being mistreated more each time! I went to turn in paperwork that m. Wood and Mrs Perez threw in the trash in front of me refused to give me information my case. So the very next day I get a letter about making a payment which was in the papers they threw away and I explain my situation and I was told to return to the Dothan office and speak to a supervisor.. so I do go back and they refused to let me speak to a supervisor! They turned me away saying I’d get a call from m. Wood. Of course I’ve received NO call. If there is another ssi building please go there. These people are rude and doing illegal practices they don’t care"
