"Always a true encounter with Our Lord. So peaceful. A true escape from everyday life an a full immersion into The Holy Presence of Almighty God. Hearing the Friars singing Gregorian Chants is truly a religious experience. The Holy Mass here is so beautiful and never rushed. A must stop for tourists as well as our locals. If you are feeling lost or overwhelmed or burned this is the Sanctuary you are in need of Remembering Our Savior Jesus Christ’s words -“ Come to me all of you who are burdened and weary , I will give you rest” . "A place of beauty and peace like few others. It's not the fanciest or most ornate Catholic space in New Bedford, but you will something special and unique in the elegant simplicity of its dimly lit nave. The small but very well stocked Catholic bookstore is also worth visiting."
