"Rent goes up a large amount every single year, and the size is very modest. With that being said the atmosphere was peaceful and the small dog park and hammocks out for residents is nice. There's a 24/7 gas station and Chinese food right next door."

"Toured this place a few weeks back because we are moving from Maine to Mass in the spring. Very nice place. Very clean and other tenants seem friendly. We showed up without an appointment as they were closing up for the day, and she still showed us around and answered all our questions and seemed genuinely interested in what we need - unlike other places we looked at. I love how pet friendly they are too. Hard to find a place that will take 2 65lb dogs."
