"I wish the NB terminal had more space outside for people to board the bus. Yes the busses can be late or early, so what I do is plan ahead. Driving around the town and cities is not easy due to traffic and other cars not driving carefully. From my experience, the passengers on the bus are the rude ones, not the drivers/terminal staff... Most of the drivers I've interacted with have been decent in terms of manners. I've seen some passengers fight with the bus drivers, smoke on the bus, yell and swear loudly, and even start issues with other fellow passengers that are just minding their own business... Not a good way to behave in public."
"Since SRTA has gotten the grant for free service, which began on 1/1/2024 busses are continuously running off schedule. There doesn't seem to be much control of passengers exiting the bus. Therefore, the busses are very crowded."
"This service is so horrible they should embarrassed! Ever single driver is never on time besides the blonde lady we not talking 2-3 minutes but will show up 35 minutes late with out saying a word! Was working at a job and lost it cause I’m late every single day from SRTA! Hope they do better eventually"
"Just had a driver of bus 204 lift the ramp as I was getting in the bus & close the door on my back not looking at what he was doing . He seems to have a problem with anyone of color. I observed him yelling at ppl to get off the bus so he could sit for 2 minutes just to pull back around. I haven't taken a bus in about 20yrs it's hard to believe that it's gotten worse in that time . This guy is a lawsuit ready to happen"
