"They deserve ZERO stars! Horrible customer service! Claim the building is climate controlled and it wasn't working properly! My belongings in storage were completely covered in MOLD! Paid extra for the protection plan and they denied my claim, even though it was their facility that caused the mold! Hundreds of dollars worth of antique furniture, among many other items had to be brought directly to the dump! Not even a refund for the month that my belongings were damaged due to their facility NOT BEING CLIMATE CONTROLLED as they claim it to be! Another storage renter had their belongings chewed by mice, due to people leaving food in their storage units! Also took almost two weeks for a response even though when I submitted the claim, it said someone would reach out within the next 3-5 days! Never again take your business elsewhere if you treasure your belongings!"
