"Paid $40 just to throw meal away and had to wait 25 mins on terrible service Ordered a grilled cob salad they didn’t put chicken or eggs. Ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch loaded fries they didn’t put bacon. Said they were out of bacon. I was like why didn’t yall say that when I ordered?? Can I have my money back they said no only a manager could make that call and 1 wasn’t available. About half the shift appeared half baked. I will never be back At this location."
"Always a 30 min wait for a meal even for a single person this is outrageous the waiting time every single time I go through the drive through. Here now in faith been over 25 minutes and I still haven't gotten my order. Cars are backed up"
"Was asked to pull up, no explanation, nothing. After 10 minutes with no food I called inside. I was told that they had to cook fresh chicken. I ended up waiting 17 minutes for 2 Cobb salads and 10 chicken fingers. I was here for an athletic event, so I don't know if this is the normal way they operate here, but rest assured I will not find out. This is totally unacceptable!!! P.S. no apology either!!"
"I ordered the bacon chicken ranch fries, it’s 9:20pm at the time we ordered.My fries were hard and cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted, the ranch was on the side which is understandable but be fr.There was also small pieces of lettuce in my food.They’re has gotta be some expectation of quality even with a fast food establishment.I spent over 20$ on my order to get some cold fries and hard cheese curds. I get it’s late and y'all are about to close but this is just lazy. I will never order food from zaxbeys of baxley GA ever again."
"The food was good. We've been here often. The service ranges from great to mediocre depending on the employee serving you. Most are good. The only constructive criticism I have is that the floors in the bathroom feel like they were mopped with grease."
