"The lady who fixed my order was very nice and friendly. She was fixing 2 sandwiches for me, 2 for the customer in line after me, and 1 for another customer after that. She was the only employee there at the time, but she was getting it done. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves recognition for how well she did her job."
"The person making my sandwich was also the general manager so I would have expected better service. She got on her phone and took a call right before starting my order so I couldn't tell if she was talking to me or on the phone. She didn't seem friendly at all just going thru the motions while making my sandwich. I would think the general manager would set the standard on being friendly to the staff and not be on the phone while making an order for a customer. Will try again and hope the service is better."
