"My daughter had a 12:15 p.m. appointment and she just left the doctor's office. She sat in a room waiting for the doctor from 12:35 until 1:45. This is outrageous and while not the fault of the doctor, to compound the issue, the staff was rude. They only changed their tune when my daughter asked for her medical records to leave the practice. Then they started being a bit nicer. This is a customer facing office. The fact that she was told she was late and was in line at 12:15 is even more evidence of the lack of customer service! She will be changing doctors and I'm sure you don't care, but medical care is very expensive and I will not tolerate this type of treatment based on what we pay. By the way, they should be removed from this position and perhaps placed in the back where they are not dealing with customers."
