"Terrible service for getting prescriptions from Southcoast to pharmacy. Not once, not twice, not three times. All the time! Very unprofessional in getting patient meds that they desperately need. I have called in to pharmacy the refill and they call it into office. I also have now resorted to also call my doctors office to be sure they've gotten it. Usually the lag seems to be getting the doctor to review fax request from pharmacy and signing it to further it back to pharmacy. But wait there's more... I went in yesterday 4/8/21 and a prescription was being sent to my pharmacy but no it wasn't. So I went back to pharmacy today and still no medication. I called the office and was told nothing ordered for me according to record and my caregiver wasn't in office today Friday 4/9/21. I am making a formal complaint about their prescription practice or rather their non practice."
