"I'm a new patient, but everyone I've encountered has been polite and professional. The front desk staff are always helpful and courteous to others. Dr. Oien actually listened to what I'd been complaining about with my former doctor outside of Southcoast for years, and figured out what's been going on with me instead of ignoring me like my previous doctor had. If I have to call the phone line, everyone I've spoken with have been super friendly and pleasant to converse with. When I've had blood drawn, the staff were accommodating with my needle phobia and fast. I don't know why the reviews are so bad. This place is excellent and the staff are wonderful."
