"Staff has always been kind, however, wouldn’t recommend going here if you have any health problems. I’ve been sick for years and get new and worsen symptoms every month and they do not listen or care about helping you. I’ll be leaving this practice and finding care elsewhere."

"Dr Li is a sensational PCP. Very wise and thoughtful. She has a ton of experience and is a wonderful listener. Other medical staff is also nice. Usually short wait times. However, something has really changed at this practice over the past year (zero reflection on the quality of the providers!!). Southcoast has clearly implemented their corporate ways on this formerly "family" practice. All contact (calls and emails) now goes thru a call center; Call backs are days later (if at all) and are not always handled by the Westport-based office staff. You can rarely get a same day appt - expect to be pushed to Urgent Care, where you can be seen by someone you have never met before and you will never see again. As a long term customer, I probably will just stick it out, but if you are looking for a new primary care office, you may want to consider looking somewhere else."

"Dr. Draper is an excellent doctor and this review has nothing to do with her. Since she switched to this office - everything has gone downhill. Office manager and staff are rude and not helpful at all. Very disappointed."

"Told my loved one not to worry about abnormal results that came back. Thankfully we didn't listen and went somewhere else, which gave us much better care and is now testing her for the early signs of cancer that this place didn't think was important. Took multiple calls just to get blood work results, doctor didn't even look at them for my loved one's appointment. I do not think this is a safe place and would not recommend going here."

"My husband had an appointment for over a year with his doctor. He checks in, waits 30 minutes for them to tell him that his doctor is not even in. His doctor is already not great but this is the lowest of low. No one even notified him he was going to be on vacation. Very irate and disappointing since we live 30 mins away."
