"I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years and used CDJ RAM Brunswick for maintenance and they are the example of 5 Star Service. Michelle in service is extremely helpful and thorough. Highly recommend their services whether your buying or need services."
"Everyone was very nice and customer service was very good. Went in for oil change and filters on dodge Ram dually diesel. It was extremely expensive compared to other places and forced to sign waiver if anything goes wrong bc truck over 100,000 miles which is why only 4 stars."
"Friendly and helpful. Car needed a service during a very small window and they made it happen. Many thanks to the service staff and Ms Lassiter! We will continue to give them our support!"
"Never notified when part for repair was in. After 2 weeks, finally spoke with service advisor to make appt for repair. Upon arriving at the confirmed appointment time, service manager had no idea who I was or what the scheduled repair was. Voicing my disappointment in this scenario, was told to leave the dealership and never return. Drove to Kia dealership where I was taken care of immediately and respectfully"
"It has been a mixed bag. I brought my car (Chrysler 300C) there on 1/23/24 for an early morning appointment. I was having power steering problems; particularly with wide left turns and wide U-turns, having a stiff turn was a serious safety issue. I happened to google recalls the night before, and my car, year/make/model was recalled for this very issue. The woman assigned to me, Michelle, then asked me whether I was bringing my car to be serviced or for a recall… in an interesting tone. I advised it needed servicing, but I learned it was identified for recall. She told me my VIN# was not on the list of vehicles identified for recall by NHTSA, and informed that it was $180 to assess the problem. She was supported by Mr. Jackson at the shop. The Chrysler corporate office advised that I contact NHTSA, because Chrysler does not address any recalls not listed by NHTSA. Ironically, when I contacted NHTSA, the first question I was asked was whether I contacted the manufacturer. Go figure. How does a manufacturer not address recalls for its product, even when the product is included in that recall, but because the VIN# is not identified by NHTSA? It was a no-win sitch. She then advised that I take a ride home because she did not know when they could get to my car. My plan was to wait, but I acquiesced. It was 2:56 pm (almost 6 hours later) when I realized no one contacted me about my car. I called and Tiffany answered and informed that Michelle said she was busy and had no updates for me. I proceeded to the shop at 4:00 pm. When Michelle came to the waiting room, she informed that they had not even gotten to my car. I reiterated that my car was there all day, and the customer service was lacking since no one thought of me to give me a call and give a status update. She got an attitude with me and blurted out that Tiffany called me. I told her she was wrong, and I was the one to call, and Tiffany answered the phone. When I told her this is a safety issue for me and I needed my car (and not an attitude), she started to huff away. When I asked her what she was doing, she informed that she was going to get my car since I said I wanted my car. I immediately told her ‘no’, my car has a safety issue that could imperil my life or someone else’s, and I needed the issue addressed that day. She walked away. A member of the showroom staff thankfully interceded. She emerged and agreed to have my car looked at. Some time after 5:00 pm, she came to the waiting room to advise that my power steering pump had a leak and although not fixed, the fluid was replaced; and I should keep extra fluid in my car to add just in case it leaks out. Also, my battery tested low. When I asked her to have the mechanic show me how and where to replace the fluid, she informed that everyone was gone. Problem is, I had already learned a few days earlier that I was not equipped to do anything about the power steering pump fluid (if this was the issue) because of the location on this particular model/year car. I did not refute what she said to me. Another person later confirmed that it was inaccessible. It is also important to note that there has never been any liquid in my garage or driveway to support a leak problem. I also did not inform her about this because it had already been a long day and I simply wanted to leave with peace and gratitude. She also informed me that to repair the issue, a refurbished part would cost $1,450 and with labor, etc., $2,080. I did not say anything to her. I paid the bill for $242.21 (for the assessment, fluid, etc.), I thanked her and I left. It would be difficult for me to trust anything she could possibly say to me about my car. But again, I want to thank the showroom staff for their professionalism and good old-fashion customer service! It is really what allowed me to leave there with peace and gratitude. Lots of times, the customer is forgotten in these interactions when the company has the upper hand. Grace and Peace to all."
