"This should really be 0 stars. The customer service at this location is horrible. Firstly, this dealership was unable to find the parts that i needed for my Ram truck. I waited over a month and finally had to call other dealerships to get the part numbers that I needed. After getting the right part numbers, I was onsite and ordered parts that I needed for my new truck. I then went to the service dept to schedule the installation of the parts. I was informed that i could not make an appointment in person, and would have to leave and dial a number which called right back to the dealership to set up the appointment. This is crazy to start with. After waiting weeks on parts and an appointment, I dropped off my truck for the installation of some pre-paid parts with an 8 am appointment. I called at 3:30pm and my truck had not even been looked at. What is an appointment for? They told me the appointment was only for the time to meet with the service advisor. That can be done without an appointment. Then the parts that were ordered weeks earlier had not arrived. No one called to advise me that we could not go forward with the appointment due to the parts not being delivered. Then i had to prove to them i had previously paid for them by driving down and showing the receipt because they could not find the order anywhere in their system. After showing the receipt I was was informed that some of the parts would be another week before delivery. The personnel I dealt with acted like it was no big deal that I had to take a day off work to get this work done and that it was not an issue that i wasted that day because they could not be troubled to inform their customer that there was an issue and we needed to reschedule. A little communication goes a long way. I was hoping the recent change in ownership would mean better service than i have received in the past, but i guess not. On my way home, i stopped by the local Honda GMC dealership. They have already got the parts on the way and will be installed within the week. I guess the Honda dealer will service my Ram truck going forward. Such a shame"

"This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. I purchased my vehicle directly from this place and I was treated like a complete POS when I came in for my first service. I paid for 2 years of service when i purchased my vehicle and I’m tempted to hire a lawyer to get that money back just so I don’t have to deal with them every time I get an oil change. They had no idea what my vehicle needed and no record of my maintenance coverage. I had to provide all the info and not to mention it took 2 hours for oil and tire rotation. I would give this 0 stars if it would let me."
