"I had high hopes. My salesman Warren was amazing. He did everything he was supposed to and then some to make sure I had a great experience. That’s where the good ended. If you like smoke being blown up your rear this is the place for you. I have been in contact with the sales manager, service department, service manager, and parts department since early July about an issue I have had with a part they replaced on my vehicle. My purchase agreement was for them to replace a damaged taillight on the truck. It was replaced with a damaged part and I brought it to each of these departments attention to no avail. I had hopes after driving there and showing the service manager Mark the issue he would resolve it. I was told to give him a couple days. Here we are, 2 weeks later and no resolution. I reached out again and was told “we will get to the bottom of this and fix it”. If you like the okey doke then come here, otherwise take your business to Jacksonville or Baxley."
"Every experience we’ve had at Dan Vaden has been nothing but a headache. From the buying process back in November to now. About 5 months ago, we came in for an oil change and to ask about our back seats leather threading coming apart. They said “our leather guy can fix that for you, but he isn’t here right now, we’ll call to set it up” NEVER CALLED to set it up. In mid July, I stopped in AGAIN since I was in the area to ask about the seat and how to get it fixed. Kaitlin was the service advisor I talked to. She said they can either have AGAIN their “leather guy” take a look or go through the warranty process. I said “I don’t care how you do it, it NEEDS to be fixed” she said it would be no problem and she will call me later to let me know if the replacement gets approved. She calls a few hours later and said they approved it and when can I come in… I told Kaitlin I can come in Monday the 19th at 12pm to have it done. She said “great I’ll get it scheduled” fast forward to today (aug19) I show up. I was then told by another service advisor “I don’t know why she would schedule you when all of the techs go to lunch at 12” for 1. Why the heck are all of the techs going to lunch at the same time… that doesn’t seem right. And 2. Why schedule me at the time they ALL go to lunch… I was then told that if it was the “seat itself” it will take about an hour but if it’s the skin, it will take longer.. closer to 2-3 hours. Such an inconvenience. My husband is deployed and my kids get out of school at 3:15 and I will now have to get a friend to pick them up from school and watch them until I get home… We had a lot of drama with the initial purchase of this truck. Sometimes I wish we could just give it back and wash our hands of it. Nothing at Dan Vaden has been smooth."
"I had the best experience at this dealership starting on Monday (8/12/24), I came in with my husband and friend looking for my dream vehicle (jeep gladiator). Jermain was the first car salesman that showed interest in helping me that day! once he introduced himself and I did the same along with who I had with me we got straight to the point of why I was there. The buying process was smooth sailing and he was such a upbeat salesman that it made it go quicker. My husband then was interested in trading in his truck for a new one and we had some difficulties (on my husbands side not theirs) and since Tuesday (8/13/24) till today (8/17/24) trying to get the best deal possible for what my husband was asking for and today he had left with his own vehicle and it was a breeze for him also! The finical advisor Chris was also amazing! We had such a great time talking about similar interest we had with each other along with my husband. he made the process a breeze as well for the both of us! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone, I loved the environment of the facility and the other salesman who had chatted up a storm with us! if I can give more stars I would"
"TJ and Ryan were awesome to work with!! TJ was patient and considerate of our finances even when we were willing to push our monthly payment and down payment up a bit more. Our nearly two year old was having a tough time waiting through the process with us but TJ had no problem with even letting our son sit at his desk and check out some cool trucks! He was down to earth and even shared some stories with us; it wasn’t like working with a typical salesman, it was like working with someone we’ve known for years. That is one of the most comforting feelings especially when it comes to buying a new vehicle for the family. Ryan really worked the numbers with us and made sure we didn’t miss out on our budget, down payment, GAP or warranties; he was also very very quick at getting us through the last steps. He made “the fine print” simple and direct, while being outgoing, and friendly. And he also helped our rowdy little guy feel included and right at home. Even once we had signed and were heading home, Ryan let us know an even better deal came through for us (which, of course, we took!). The team at Vaden/Brunswick treated us so well and with such genuine spirits. We were greeted with smiles before stepping into the building and left feeling confident in our purchase — a purchase we did not even expect! Overall, 10 out of 10. Highly recommended! This was our best car buying experience. Such a great team."
"The customer service was fantastic! The girl who got me checked in, kept me up to date and checked out was so kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I believe her name was Caitlin or Catherine, definitely started with a C but she deserves recognition!! My only not so much complaint is the tires I was supposed to get were sold right before I got there when they were supposed to be on hold. At that point I needed something and the other tires aren’t bad just not what I was going in for. It was honest miscommunication which happens. Dan Vaden Service has always been amazing and they are honest about timing, very respectful, and care for the customer. This is what will keep up always coming back!"
