"Poor quality items. They refuse to offer returns. A pair of boots I bought came in all scratched up and defected. Merchant is very rude over emails. I do not recommend buying from this boutique. They will take your money and you get stuck with a poorly made products."

"Purchased a super cute pair of pink boots, they arrived quickly and were just as the picture showed. I wore them one time and the bottoms are destroyed. Not worth the money!! I reached out to the boutique and their customer service is even poorer than their quality of boot. They ignored my email so I messaged them on Instagram, and was given a thoughtless response. I'm well aware of the struggles a small boutique can endure when returns are made, but selling expensive footwear that can't even withstand one use and on top of that providing lousy customer service is poor business."
