Reviews
"Dr. Mello is the best physician I’ve ever had. She is extremely thorough, explains things clearly, listens to all my concerns and is extremely professional. Dr. Mello not only treats her patients physically but mentally and emotionally. She really cares about her patients total wellbeing. Highly recommend her!!"
"I agree with the previous review that this office and the doctor does not take patients seriously and will potentially put patients in a bad predicament by not taking the time to discuss things with you, and not keeping adequate notes. In the beginning I had a bit more confidence in both the practitioner and the office but as time went on I began to feel as though I was a just a number, and my health issues were not being taken seriously. I have had issues regarding questionable bedside manner, poor documentation, and lack of communication from this office and I have grown tired of less than satisfactory experiences. If you are considering this healthcare provider I would tell you to weigh all your options. If you do not have serious medical issues, then you may be able to get adequate care from this provider. But if you do, then I would tell you to consider getting another doctor who can be more attentive, and whose staff is more professional and diligent. I'm speaking from experience, this is not personal, I am just giving a buyer beware warning to anyone who is looking for a new physician. Good luck to you and your search for a doctor."
"Dr. Mello is caring, relatable and responsive. She is very knowledgeable and a great doctor."
"Dr Mello is hands down the best Dr, so caring, attentive, and understanding. We have been seeing her for over 7 years. She’s simply the best."
"Initially, Dr. Mello seemed interested in being a great doctor and helping her patients. Maybe the abundance of patients became too overwhelming and it shows because the lack of enthusiasm in her profession shows and her nurse practitioner, well, I'd rather be seen by my dog's compassionate vet than have my parents screened by her before seeing Dr. Mello. Time and time again I see this with doctors who get too big for their britches but they stop responding to the need of their patients and they just simply "don't have the time to listen." Like I said, at first that was NOT the case, but it has become the case, and we are now going elsewhere. Insurance doesn't help and when you as a doctor decide that the insurance company is your new boss, and you care more about the money than your patient... it is time to say goodbye.. the oath is for your patient not for your paycheck."
