"Wasted my time- Told me I couldn’t do a drug screen test at 4PM because they stop doing them at 3:45PM. Next day I go back for my appointment at 3:45 and I’m not taken in until after 4, during which they did complete my drug screen. The employee was very cold and condescending."

"We were there for an hour and a half and got nothing accomplished. And we had an appointment. They can't even tell what labs you need drawn from their own computer system. Phlebotomist was unsuccessful drawing my daughter who is such an easy draw and was well hydrated..Second time there and hope we never have to go back. I had also Left voicemails with no call back because I had questions since they gave me no instructions for the kit they gave me to bring back. Overall horrible experience"
