"Had a wisdom tooth removed with being put under. I have Anxiety and have never had any procedure like this. Dr. Hertz (and Staff) were all very Professional. He is highly experienced, listens and explains everything, has patience with questions and treats you with respect. I'm in my late 40s and most doctors are not this good. He is exceptional in my opinion."

"Let me start off by saying I could not have had a better experience than I did today with Dr. Hertz and his staff. I had a cracked tooth and had been dealing with severe pain for nearly a week and after looking into other options, he was recommended to my be a friend. I showed up at opening and was greeted instantly. Filled out some paperwork and was told it may be a little while before I am seen considering I was a walk-in and not a patient. Less than 15 minutes later, I was walked into the office and began getting checked out. Unsure of whether or not I would receive same-day treatment due to being an unscheduled walk-in patient, I was told I could receive treatment within 2 days time and then 5 minutes later was told they could take care of me today. What a relief!! His assistants (Crystal, an extern from a voc-tech - sorry if I spelled your name wrong!! And another woman whose name I didn’t catch) took great care of me. One took my X-rays and got me set up and the other handled my local anesthesia and did it with care!! Dr. Hertz was in the room for every step of the way and after the anesthesia, he tested to make sure I was good to go and within minutes my problem tooth has been removed. They set me up with prescriptions and told me to call the office if any issues came up. I could not!!!! Recommend this office more for any dental procedures such as this. 5 stars all the way! Thank you everyone!!"

"Had my top two wisdom teeth removed, i was very nervous but Dr Hertz did a great job! I stayed awake he numbed me up and had both teeth taken out in less than 20 minutes. I read a whole bunch of mixed reviews but i had a great experience with him."

"I absolutely do not like dentist at all. I hadn't been to a dentist in years due to bad experiences in the past. I had read several reviews on Dr.Peter Hertz and his staff and they were definitely not great. I made the decision to go anyway and I'm so glad I did. His staff was amazing, friendly and super understanding. I needed to have 2 teeth pulled and wasn't having them pulled unless I was being put to sleep. Dr. Hertz was so understanding of my situation. He was reassuring and kind and went through the whole process with me. He also removed and biopsy two molds I had growing which I was told before could not be removed and I have no scaring at all. The staff was great with working with my insurance and let me know up front what my insurance would cover and what my cost would be so there was no surprises. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs dental surgery."

"Our appt was for 12:15. My boyfriend wasnt seen til 2! At 1pm I asked the receptionist if she knew how much longer we’d have to wait she said she has “no clue”. Not even an apology. After being the waiting room the surgeon finally comes out to “apologize” then proceeded to ask if we wanted to cancel.. (we were already waiting for 2 hours why on earth would we cancel?!) After they took him in, i went back to my house to eat, came back at 3:30, called the place (3xs) to let me enter the waiting room but no one answered, went to the answering machine and it said they were closed! I was a little confused. I had to Knock on the doors 5-7 times for them to finally unlock the door. Once again no apology. I heard my boyfriend screaming in the back (of course Im concerned) so Im looking at the receptionist for any type of word of comfort instead she proceeded to gossip with her other coworker on how i was “staring at her”. Receptionists also argued amongst themselves which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I couldnt wait to leave and never come back. PS: on your sign the word “members” is spelled incorrect."
