"I called Frank Smith Insurance Agency several weeks ago to obtain an insurance quote for Home and Auto Insurance. The girl who answered the phone said she would put me through to Dawn. I left a detailed message, along with my callback information. I waited for a week or so for a callback, but such never happened. I called again last week, but this time Dawn answered the phone. I mentioned that I had previously called, and left a message, but never heard back. Well, that's been a week ago, and my current policies expire later this week. It's unlikely I will hear back. It's safe to assume that I won't be doing business with this company now or in the future. Very poor customer service, and it's apparent they surely don't care about cultivating new business."

"Upon purchasing my new vehicle my coworker recommended me to call and ask for a quote from Frank Smith. I am SO glad that I made that call. As a new driver on my own not under my parents name I was paying an arm and a leg for insurance as you can imagine. Now I am paying 50% less for MORE coverage. Yes 50% less. I was so shocked. Marlena took over my policy the same day I called and with hardly any notice met with me to review and stamp my RMV application to be sure I had all I need. Even the dealership said it was a pleasure speaking with her. She also answers my many emails at lightening speed which puts my young mind at ease as I don't know much about insurance. Everyone inside the office greeted me with a smile when I came in and I am sure it would be a pleasure to speak with anyone. They are genuinely people oriented and I absolutely recommend coming or calling here to any and everyone."
