"Great experience with my Doctor, Gregory J. Austin. Answered all my questions, patience and experience top notch. EVERYONE at the UOI East Bay Surgery Center - nurses and the rest of the staff - were so good and kind, putting me at ease, etc. They, along with Dr. Austin told me what to expect and I got exactly that. 24 hrs after the surgery I was feeling good, with just minor pain, which was mostly gone after 48 hrs. Highly recommend!"
"Excellent new facility, great location. Large waiting area with big screen tvs. Waiting area missing reading material and patient wait time is fairly long. Everyone there from the security at the front door to the people that check you in to the drs are very nice and excellent at what they do. Even have a small snack bar that is very good and reasonable."
