"Happy and attentive staff. Answered all my questions."
"The staff has always been excellent to me when I need to ask them a question over the phone, or when I go in to have Blood drawn. They tell me everything they need to do. I'm very satisfied with all they do. Thank you!!"
"Just left this lab. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. I don’t know if phlebotomist was having a bad day or really hates her job, first of no name tag, second no personally at all, did no say one word, puts the bad around my arm and stabs me without a single warning, I usually do not feel a thing well let me tell you it hurt today. Then she just slams the tubes with blood, pulls the needle out and finishes. I’m surprised she even said “ok all set” like what kind of service is that?? Imagine someone who is terrified of needles getting someone like that?"
"The girl at the desk is so rude. Barks the moment you walk in to sit down the hall , no greeting or anything."
"I just went to get blood work done today. I've had some stomach problems and with being so young I was terrified. I also have a fear of needles. When I went in I told the phlebotomist my fear and she was very gentle with me. After she took the needle out I began to feel dizzy, she went to grab me some water and by that time I had fainted. It has happened to me before. When I came to she had an ice pack to my neck and a cup of water for me. She also gave me her special k bar to bring back up my BP and blood sugar. This phlebotomist was so amazingly nice and calm and she deserves a pay raise. Unfortunately I forgot her name, but she was by far the best experience I ever had. Patient care is everything and doing it with a smile make a world of difference. Thank you ☺"
