"Have been going to Dr. Silverman for about 7 months and am very satisfied with my treatment. He is always pleasant, thorough and has a nice manner dealing with patients."
"The absolute worst! They make you wait to be seen by the doctor for over an hour every visit. Then they hand you equipment, such as a boot, stating it will be covered by insurance knowing all good and well that it will not be. The doctor comes in to exam you for maybe 20 minutes, now you have spent over 2 hours there. And then they have the audacity to send your bill to collections after 25 days for that boot that your insurance didnt cover. Reception staff could careless about the patient or situation and has zero customer service skills!!! Zero compassion! Would highly suggest that no one else Ever go to this office!!!! Dr. Glod on the hand is AMAZING!"
"Ronald Benjamin My wife had Dr. Silverman 10 years ago with excellent results. Now here I am at Dr. Silverman with a problem he's very gentle, handled the situation and advised that I should have foot insert in my shoes for my balance to prevent falls which I had previously. For treatment he believes in using natural solution that will be effective saving money on a prescription."
