"I had just seen my doctor for acute severe back pain, (radiculopathy), and she prescribed an x-ray at this facility. When we arrived we advised the staff I was in severe pain and needed a wheel chair and wasn't able to walk to the office. The response from the receptionist was "You need a wheel chair? I don't think we have any." Then the family member of a patient said there was one upstairs. My 80 year old husband climbed the stairs and did find a wheel chair but couldn't find an elevator. He had to bring the chair down a flight of stairs to bring it to me. I attempted to walk to the office but only got as far as inside the front door. NO ONE IN THE OFFICE HELPED MY HUSBAND OR ME. A very kind woman who was there with her family member came to me to try to help. I was so grateful. Once again NO ONE IN THIS PLACE TRIED TO LEND A HAND. This is a health facility for people who have health problems and the staff are oblivious to that. Horrible."

"I find it utterly ridiculous that to reschedule an appointment I should have to make several calls and spend -so far- over two hours being transferred and dropped several times. That is of course my own problem that I need to reschedule because of illness but it makes it only more inconvenient and painful. Yes, they call back but then just start transferring again, resulting in another dropped call. The cheerful BS while on hold just add insult to injury. Would you like to know what I really think?"

"Today I had a STAT order for an x-ray and ultrasound. My appointment was at 7pm. From the time I walked in the waiting room until the time I left, The staff was very polite, professional and respectful. I highly recommend RI Imaging. I would never go anywhere else àgain. Thank you very much for your expertism."

"Told me to premedicate, I arrived on time, they gave the MRI machine I was supposed to be on at 9:15 to someone else. They come and tell me at 9:45 the machine I’m gonna go in is broken and this is all after I’m already loopy as hell for this procedure. No remorse. They tell me to just come back another day. I had this appointment a month in advance and they gave my table to someone else and refused to accommodate me. I can’t take work off whenever the hell I want like some people. Absolutely ridiculous whoever is running this center. Now I’ll never know my diagnosis."

"Brought my mother in on a stretcher, once inside two different employees pointed us to the elevator. The elevator was hardly large enough for two people never mind the stretcher. My mother had to be put back in the ambulance and driven to an other entrance where there wasn't enough room to park without blocking the entire driveway. Not sure how the medical personnel working in the building could be so callous with an elderly patient in obvious pain."
