"TERRIBLE! BEWARE OF MICE!!! This place is absolutely DISGUSTING! My storage unit has been broken for 7+months and they’ve done nothing about it! Because of this MICE have gotten into my storage unit and DESTROYED ALL OF MY BELONGINGS!! They chewed through my $1,000 mattress!!! They say to claim damages you have to have receipts for items but who has that for items purchased years ago! Been having to pay full price for a broken unit and now with mice and destroyed belongings!! They are so unprofessional and terribly ran! If I could give them a 0 I would!! DO NOT use this facility, you will regret it as much as I have!!!"
"Buyers and tenants beware. Auction site disclosures aside, they will sell you garbage and I am pretty sure they know it should just be dumped not sold. We bought a unit that appeared to have had a few decent items up front but not only was the entire unit garbage, it smelled like something died in it. We found a rat carcus and extensive feces. Forget about setting a time up to meet that works for you, it is at their convenience."
"Sold my sisters items at auction after I paid her late rental payments. She was late because she was very sick with COVID-19. Thank God she survived this nasty virus. She returned to work this week and planned on paying them February's rent. They sold her items anyway."
