"I wouldn’t bring my dog here. Show up at this place on fire and the nurses wouldn’t even get water to pour on you, they are so arrogant they would probably just laugh at u like a 1st grader laughs when someone falls off the monkey bar. I thought nurses were supposed to be nice and caring, not these nurses, They are the most immature, narcissistic, inhumane people on the face of the earth. Learn some humility nurses and grow the Fack up and learn some respect!"
"I went here yesterday due to stomach and back pain… I was brought in to triage where I found the nurses didn’t really care.. about 2 hrs later and was brought back but was left in the hall way for 12 hours.. 12)&) hours. I’m autistic and have special needs, let alone they had moved other patients in to rooms… I was the last of the last. My mom and I made the decision to be transferred to Addison Gilbert via Ambulance… I’ve been getting great care since I’ve arrived and I’m happy so far.. Will I return to Beverly Hospital ER? It depends on if they can get their act together. I understand you were shortstaffed, but it is not fair to leave someone who’s autistic and special-needs in the hallway for close to over 11 hours is already working hard on overload to keep yourself from having an extreme panic attack…"
"Been to this hospital numerous times. Never had an issue. Staff are extremely friendly and helped ease my anxiety of being there."
"Unfortunately had to visit the ER the day before Christmas Eve. The staff was just awesome. Everyone from the reception, to the check-in, to the nurses admins and the doctor. Really great experience. Very impressed."
"Starting to lose hope in our hospital system. THANKS To Diane who is answering the ER phones May 17, 2022 who not only lied to me that a prescription was fax but hung up on me three times after I went to pick up my prescription two times.. I called her respectfully at 8:15 AM because CVS didn’t receive the prescription yet. Just so she can tell me that they will look into it and she would give me a call waited till 1130Am. For her call back just to call her for her to say we sent the prescription already I said thank you sat in line for 15 minutes again just so they can tell me there’s no prescription. I called her again she picks up and tells me now 17 minutes past our second phone call that there was no Medication prescribed but that’s not what she told me at 11:30 after I’ve been waiting for her phone call in a CVS…. Not to mention instead of hearing me out she hung up the phone on me three times. But thanks for her being so ignorant I got the pleasure in speaking to JANET a nurse, because Diane didn’t want to pick up the phone and let me call three times letting it ring until the nurse decided to pick up the phone , Who I repeated exactly the same thing I try to nicely repeat to Diane “ listen Miss I understand that there was a high-quality a foot traffic last night and I understand that sometimes things get forgotten if they can please just double check because my chest is tight and I cannot breathe. Beverly has always been my to go place because I find The employees To be more respectful than the surrounding hospitals. I went into the ER Tuesday, May 16, 2003. Nice staff was phenomenal worked amazing with With nonstop foot traffic. But treated everybody with respect even the Caucasian man who was throwing up all over the waiting room and laying on the floor waiting to check in( It was so busy he was waiting in a check in line for over 20 minutes)… The Doctor Who seen me forgot to write in a prescription that was supposed to be faxed last night. You guys should have more Janets and less Diane’s… That bad apple can ruin everything"
