"The front desk workers at Beverly office are not only unwelcoming in my case, but the doctor treating my kids also lacks proactive support for their needs. He appears biased and fails to identify their needs, only responding when I bring up concerns. Even when I inquire about certain matters, he dismisses me and conveys information as if I have no knowledge. It's essential for parents to comprehend their children's needs, and they should not solely rely on the doctor to identify and provide the support they need."
