"The saying of a few bad apples ruin the bunch. This is a perfect description of this facility and how they operate. I have experienced a few individuals here that uphold the professionalism and common courtesy that you would expect out of a doctors office. But the truth of my own experience is more along the lines of, they care by more about getting sick from patients, then actual patients that go here. Again, this is not the case with all of the professionals here, But more of the reflection of the way I have Ben treated, delt with, and left feeling like I was treated like trash. Unless you have a relationship with a proper medical professional here, I would highly recommend not going at all. It’s hard to tell if they’ve been severely scarred by the experience of Covid,or lack of experience with Covid,or if they simply just don’t care. In their own words, (this is just the way healthcare is now.) unfortunately it’s terrible attitudes like that that make it worse the it needs to be!"
"My P.C.P. is Dr Mansour have had him for over 30 years. He is very thorough and really takes his time to explain , he is always up front with thing I should know about. I all so have all my other doctors here as well. I have hade had good luck here at Harbor Medical. ."
"I've been to Harbor Medical for almost 20 yrs, a good, then frustrating see-saw. Thurs. I saw a PA new to me re: meds. The first, a refill, which she filled out online while I was there....but did not reach the pharmacy; my follow up call next day, still no script. The 2nd a request; it was prescribed. 2 others--abrupt 'what is it?'. Patient portal is inaccurate in substantive ways. One note says the PA changed the 1st med's instructions; no idea what or why of it. Another note says nothing was done in terms of scripts. Layers of crazy making. She was curt, unempathic, at times incurious and dismissive. I did not quite put together the accumulation of ways until I left and wondered what happened."
