"Been seeing dr Wally for years! Staff was always great but now I can’t get a hold of anyone to book an appt at 4 it said to call during normal business hours they close at 5. Make it make sense! I’ve been dealing with constant ear infections and I’m just trying to either see someone or get a referral to a ear doctor. I can’t take this anymore and it seems like nobody there wants to help. Office staff has gone wayyyyyyy down hill!!!"
