"Service very bad"
"The service is good and its one of the few places you can get coverage with your insurance but dear god will you be on hold for hours tryna get anybody on the phone. The call back option does not work as they will not call you back and appointments are on mondays on certain days. Its a really problematic system but again one of the few places to go givej how expensive dental is. If you go in person sometimes u have better results but not always. My advice is just keep at it."
"We have trying to make an appointment for over 4 months. Spending hours over the phone on hold. After waiting almost a hours or more they just disconnect the call. Call be doesn’t work either, they never call you back. Is just disrespectful."
