"At a time when I needed her most, she and her practice turned their backs on me. Likely, because of extreme stress around the death of loved one my diabetes got significantly worse. We're talking, going from type 2 to type 1 and likely requiring insulin. My PCP reached out to the practice and they were non-responsive to my situation. When I reached out for a second time on my own, I was told that I could possibly have a virtual appointment in June. A huge disappointment after nothing but positive experiences prior. At a critical moment this practice failed me and I cannot recommend it."
