"If you like unwelcoming feelings and rude hostile receptionist and a doctor who won’t spend more than a second with you upon first physical and visit… boy do I have the place for you. I have bipolar depression and anxiety the thought of a doctors office turns me off so much I’ll usually just suffer with what I’m dealing with. Unfortunately this doctor I chose behind Brockton hospital is the worst I had to talk super fast cause he couldn’t wait to get out of the room after making me wait forever I barely got in my concerns or worries. The staff here are all terrible especially the cold unhappy unwelcoming receptionist. I’d rather die than go here so I have just avoided the place even though he’s now unfortunately my primary doctor. Called because I have covid today a stressful time for all but very stressful for the mentally I’ll and the receptionist were so cold Cynthia was so rude and hung up on me multiple times not explaining anything to me not even asking for my date of birth and my names Hannah and she kept calling me Paula and refused to let me speak to someone else."
"Abandoned me as a patient before covid even reached MA by cancelling my scheduled appointment that winter of 2020 and never rescheduling. continuity of care much? I didn't think so. In April of 2020 I felt ill with shortness of breath and he diagnosed me over the phone. He said I had an upper respiratory infection so I pressed him to know how he could tell. He got HUFFY with me and said CDC guidelines prevented him from ordering a test for covid unless my symptoms were severe(meaning needing hospitalization)well that's a crock, covid symptoms are the same as the common cold, flu, asthma etc. It's actually the responsibility of the doctor not the patient to maintain continuity of care which is written in the MA State Laws. Healthcare really spit on some patients I guess, hiding behind covid. 652 days or so since last scheduled/cancelled physical appointment. I'd say that ABANDONMENT. He's an internal doctor, how does one test blood? From the drips of the knife stuck in my back? DEFUND HEALTHCARE!!!"
"If you want to pay 300 dollars to get a prescription refilled that you have been taking for years look no further! He makes you go in to see him for a refill does absolutely nothing talks to you for 5 mins then you get a massive bill. The problem is they charge you as if you're going for a hospital visit if you visit his primary care office. I have called seven different people trying to get this bill reduced and nobody will help me! They consider his office part of brockton hospital. Absolutely awful practice"
