One time when I came in with very little pain, but anticipated having pain during an upcoming long road trip, he said he could not give me an injection if I didn’t have active pain, that it would be over treating it condition. I respect him for that."

I have been try to get a script and the person that transmits them wasn’t there so they printed it. CVS would not fill it, they won’t call drs office and drs office won’t call them. "I have been going to Dr. Younan for about 8 years. He has given me back injections in the past for sciatica that lasted 7 years. I just had another injection this week because I was experienced terrible pain again. Dr. Younan is very caring and works to get you out of pain quickly. I also would like to commend the office staff for the work they do. In particular, I wanted to recognize Lisa who worked with me and my insurance company to get an approval. She constantly followed up with me along the way. Five star all around!"

"I saw Dr. Younan several times for my back. Dr. Younan performed an RFA on the my lower back in hopes that would stop my pain. Unfortunately, it did not work. Dr. Younan is a good doctor but his staff is horrible. Starting with the receptionist, to an office manager that has NO professional skills. I work in medical and have been an Administrator in a doctor's office, so I know you don't treat patients like this. I called an made a payment on my account, 2 days later I'm looking at my bank account an noticed there were 2 payments on my bank account. In speaking with my bank ( Claims Dispute/Fraud dept) I was informed my card was ran in the morning and then again in the afternoon. This was very upsetting. I spoke with office manager who knew there was a problem but never called to let me know. I tried to explain to her what I was told by my bank but she continuously was cutting me off and was very RUDE. This makes me very concerned about giving my credit card information to this office. BEWARE!"

"I worked for Dr Y for 11 years, I retired recently. Love him. He is a good man. I did notice the reviews say they really like him but the staff is rude... please know that all the staff is NOT rude. We tried so hard to be kind and friendly and nice. The only person that never did this and was always rude to patients is the OFFICE MANAGER. Do not blame us all for her rudeness."
