"Victoria is a brilliant dermatologist. I had severe acne and she was able to provide a solution with great results . The one star goes to the front staff lady. They are not friendly nor helpful. I had paid my insurance directly for my visit and the front staff stated they did not receive payment. The front staff did not help but instead made me go hunt down the payment through many hurdles. Are you serious, how can one be so inconsiderate. Now I'm contacting my insurance and they stated it was paid and office did not accept payment. It's a telling sign the front office does not know what they're doing. This is the worst customer service. It's already frustrating enough seeing the doctor but the front staff lady is not helpful and correction is needed. Retrain, rehire and rebuild the team. Victoria is losing loyal customers, would not be surprised if insurance issues are occurring internally because of their lack of accountability. Office staff is very negative and I almost assure you, they will not take any accountability but instead blame the customer."
"Are you kidding me? I am astounded by the level of service this office has given me. I visited Victoria pre-pandemic and was happy with my visit, which is why I returned earlier this year. Victoria is great but she was away on maternity leave when I had my visit. I was seen by another person in the practice which was medicore and did not seem to care at all about the reason around my visit. I'm sad to say that the level of professionalism has decreased signficantly. I'm going to look past the fact that I asked for a quote to a laser service -- to which they said it would take at least 8 months to quote. I said I would still be interested in the quote, but I know it's unlikely that I'll receive anything. My biggest issue with them was the front desk people. They have no clue what they're doing. I paid my invoice off the day it was available through my health care (a major healthcare insurance provider) app. A month later, I received another invoice in the mail. I texted the number on the bottom of the invoice to see if this was just delivered late and to make sure that I do not have any outstanding payments. Low and behold that the office did not receive my payment. I contacted my healthcare provider who looked into this and confirmed that the reason that the facility did not receive my payment is because they did not ACCEPT it, and the office is refusing to take the steps to accept the payment. WHY? It is literally your job to do this. Now I have the lovely option to go through a refund process. Why do I need to do this, when the payment is literally waiting for you to accept it. Just do your job, accept the payment and be done with it. Sad to say that I will not be returning even though I really enjoyed Victoria. Hopefuly she sees this review and can make some adjustments to her practice."
"I met Dr Kuohung many years ago when she was with a large practice. We lost touch and wow was I excited when I found out she opened a practice in Quincy! I have many skin issues and I feel so safe and secure with her after roaming all around for a dedicated, brilliant dermatologist. Sheโs it! Also her staff could not be any more kind and helpful."
"Best dermatologist I have ever seen and I have seen many dermatologists my whole life, in major cities since childhood and in different countries. I could not recommend her enough. She is very thorough, professional and smart. Dr. Kuohung worked with me within my budget and was able to offer me affordable and effective solutions to my skin and hair. I can not recommend her enough!!! I even traveled 5 hours round trip to see her and I can tell you hands down, she was worth it and I'd do it again."
"Though Dr Kuohung was extremely busy and fully booked, she was able to see me last minute as an emergency. She was very caring and thorough; she made sure whatever procedure she chose to treat my infection would not leave a scar or try to minimize it as little as possible. Very knowledgeable dermatologist who knew exactly what she was doing. Even followed up on my infection many times. I highly recommend Dr Kuohung!"
