"Literally the most rude people I have ever seen period! I was there when they cuss out an elderly gentlemen just truing to find out why their bill had spiked 2,000 gallons when there was no extra water consumption or loss/leaks. Every one of them should be fired! The ones that cussed him out and the ones in the back that were laughing about it!"
"The positive reviews here are all fake reviews! These people are absolutely the most rude people I have ever had the misfortune to encounter, unfortunately! And I mean RUDE why the people in New York and the outskirts of L.A. are super polite in comparison I mean like absolute saints!!!!! And there was one person in particular that actually looks like a pile of rotting cauliflower and has a personality that is far worse than a city sewer! I mean this person apparently works hard at not wanting to help! They literally work harder at trying to argue with customers then the level of effort that it would take to simply either try to help or just flat out say nothing at all!!!!!! If one literally put a rock with googly eyes in each chair behind the customer service desk more actually be get accomplished! Especially when it comes to complications involving them making duplicate bills to give the wrong addresses, etc, etc! Instead what currently exist is a super rude, absolutely useless, boulder in each one of those chairs taking up immense space because of their ginormous mass, abnormally high density and apparently virtually no IQ to speak of! And that's the truth!, You may find my words harsh!, But, guess what! The truth is often is!!!!!"

"I don't find them to be extremely helpful and the bill is outrageous for a single person with no washing machine. Showers only every other day and uses the dishwasher once a week. It astounds me how high my bill is and continues to grow every month without things changing in the household."
"Every person I have ever talked to at this office is extremely rude. None of them are willing to help their customers with an issue or to help them understand what is going on or how to fix it. I guess they feel that customer service is not important. I really hope other customers are being treated better than I have been. I look forward to not having to work with them anymore. They tried to say that I had used 4000 gallons of water when my meter clearly shows I had only used 4. I called to try to get them to correct it and I was treated like I was not worth their time. I asked them to go to my house and re-read my meter. After much argument, they finally agreed. They returned my call shortly after and stated that the bill was correct. When I got home and checked myself I saw that not only were they wrong, no one had come to read my meter. After discussing the issue with my landlord, we realized the water company has my meter number wrong and I have been paying the bill for the wrong house for 10 months. I cannot comprehend the amount of incompetence it takes for so many mistakes to be made all at once and then for them to treat me like garbage on top of that."
