"My regular primary is Dr. Landry But she was out this day. I had a swollen thumb that ended up with a black spot. I got to see Dr. Cahill Who new right away what to do & sent me to Burlington for care. I feel lucky that I got to see her she is a great doctor. The reason i had to see her was a person in urgent care named Roberta looked at it . And said it is gout, That is what your record says. Then said I should see a dermatologist. At that point I told her even if it was gout & it is not why would you recommend a dermatologist."
