"Been going here for years family own practice and they are wonderful ppl. The last review is rediculouse and made my blood boil seeing it. Every where charges a missed appointment fee. What a jerk."

"This is litterally the absolute worst mental health office I have been to in my entire life. Extremely shady business practices. I knew that if I missed an appointment there was a fee. That is totally acceptable. BUT WAS IS NOT is when I call and leave a message to reschedule, this Nurse practioner Anthony calls me back, leaves me a message with two appointment options asking me to let him know which one would work for me. Neither one did, I did not return the call and I DID NOT CONFIRM THE SECOND appointment. Yet they scheduled it anyway, and then billed me for it. I spoke with the office manager who was extremely rude and treated me extremely poor and disrespectful. They apparently never taught this doctor any manners or people skills in med school. If you need a psychiatrist. Go to a real doctor, and not to these rude people. I don't care about the extra payment, but I can't believe they would just schedule an appointment, without me confirming it, I work after all, and then have the audacity to bill me for it. Ontop of that when I spoke to the Office manager, he yelled at me, telling me I was lier... Unbelievable.."
