"Went to a heart specialist to clear me for heart surgery. Asked me who I was voting for. And our views clashed. Cleared me for vascular surgery, healthy heart. Day before operation I had a heart attack. Hope they close."
"A scan has been taking almost 12 hours ago I am still waiting to be seen for the result with a headache. I have seen all 3 shifts of staffs, none of the staff has a idea . I can not get a clear answer. This is the most ridiculous"
"They have about 6-7 people in the ER and nobody has been called in 3 hours from 1am -4 :40 am . No excuse someone is not doing their job. Nobody is coming out the back rooms from being treated so obviously the patients are back there just sitting as well . With all the technology in 2023 it shouldn’t take half a day to be seen .pretty much they have us waiting until 7am shift for care."
"Excellent service! From admitting with Yvonne who was professional and patient with us. Our er nurse Jeremy was thorough and kind, our echo girl Amanda was such a pleasure. Our dr heard all of our concerns and acted on them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."
"Medical care received by all health care providers is outstanding but the front desk reception (when you first enter hospital) and their finance department is disorganized, makes errors, are routinely rude and disrespectful. They literally do not listen to your issue nor do they care to try to resolve it. Also you do a phone screening day (not with the nurse, but with registration department) before visit and next day have to stand in line and repeat all questions again - including contact information, insurance, etc. Do not bother to answer day before call with registration because you will not save any time the day of your procedure."
