"Competent doctor I think, but no follow up -- never returned a call regarding my ongoing issue."
"Dr. Aversaro (?) was so incredibly rude during my visit. It was shocking - I have never been treated this way from a doctor before. She repeatedly interrupted me while I tried to explain my symptoms, she kept rolling her eyes while I explained, and it was clear she did not take me or how I have been feeling seriously. Not only that, but when booking my appointment I was told they would take a throat swab and perform an EKG test for my symptoms. She did NEITHER and didn’t even mention either to me. I kept telling her that my chest pain was bad and that I had taken a covid PCR test which came back negative but it was clear she didn’t fully believe me and she didn’t seem to care about my symptoms. I could not believe her lack of professionalism, I felt stupid and embarrassed for coming in because of the way she treated me. It felt like she just wanted me to get out of her sight and leave."
