"I really don’t understand why this place has such negative reviews!? Everything about it is amazing. My PCP is wonderful, the best ever. Her beside manner is superb, cares about any issue small or large. She is always willing help resolve it or find a way to do so In-Network! She is also there even if I just want to talk or need someone to talk to. The staff are amazing and so friendly. They are always asking about my family, my life and are engaged. It’s clean, convenient and they take amazing care of my family and I. I Would highly recommend this PCP!!!! 10/10!!!!"

"Yeesh, I've had a PCP here for years and I just happened to look up his practice on Google because I needed the address for a form. I don't understand all the negative reviews. Front desk staff has always been very nice to me and they always greet me warmly when I arrive. The nurses and phlebotomists are also excellent and my PCP himself is phenomenal and the best PCP I've ever had. I was going through some different health issues for a while and he had great bedside manner, really seemed to care about me, and even advocated for me to get to go to a specialist when needed, which was hard at the time because COVID had everything backed up. Yes, during COVID surges you may have to call a few times or leave a message because they can't keep up with the sheer volume of calls but they're never rude. Even when my PCP was booked and I had to see an NP or another doctor, I've had nothing but good experiences and always been treated with compassion. It's totally confusing to me that so many people on here feel so differently."

"I have been going here for about 4 years, and my PCP and the nursing team are phenomenal. That said, the receptionist is incredibly incompetent and needs to be retrained. I rarely complain, but I speak on behalf of more than four individuals who have interacted with her. Her incompetence has led me to run out of my prescription because she has not been able to relay timely communications."
