The institution offers walk-in lab services Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The optical shop is open Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, closed for lunch from 12:30pm to 1:30pm, and no appointment is necessary.

Patients have access to medical advice by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with after-hours triage service staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants who have access to electronic medical records. Adult and pediatric weekend urgent care is available at regionally located practices for most health-related situations, excluding life-threatening emergencies.

Get some more Latinos or people of minority to work here since your staff sucks and only caters to their own people."
