"Lost my sister in laws blood work.she suffers from mental illness. Blood work must be done in order to get her prescription. Got blood work done again and they said they would rush it thru.they didn't. Her meds ran out and we ended up in the emergency room. 0 stars."
"Called Somerville Eye Center to schedule my routine eye exam, they are not scheduling appointments until MAY 2025! Should of told me to schedule it last Aug. 2023! Craziness. Time to get a different doctor, impossible to wait until then. Waited on the phone for 25 minutes to be told they are booking for next May!"
"1) Impossible to get someone on the line. 2) Went for health visit for my daughter. I mentioned at times she did not seem to hear well. She took a look for 2mn. Bill came at $250, wth…"
"This place feels like you’re visiting the school nurse at a Title 1 elementary school - and no, i’m not being insensitive because I used to work at one as a teacher. My experience was horrible. The check in was immediate, but took about 15 minutes long which seems crazy for urgent care and the need to be talking to the check in for 15 min. Then, you only get to see the doctor for 5 minutes.. well, i’m not even confident it was a doctor. I had the displeasure of having Daniella A. Silverman “MD” examine me, but I would be so embarrassed to call herself a doctor after the lack of knowledge she has on any question I had. Zero care, probably strictly in it for the money, clearly falsified information on my visit because she claims my visit was 30 minutes long which is absolutely insane. Maybe saw her for a maximum of 5 minutes to which she kept shrugging her shoulders because she didn’t know or said ‘we don’t have the resources’. The she started becoming snarky and sarcastic and that is the opposite of what a medical professional should do. I was extremely uncomfortable, and I left the hospital feeling worse. This is the first time I’ve ever written a review about a hospital/urgent care, as well as any type of doctor. However, the general public and my fellow community should truly avoid this embarrassment of a healthcare facility. Update: below is a copy-and-paste response from CHA, called twice but no response, only option is to leave a voicemail."
"Part of Cambridge Health Alliance. Limited parking. No ER, critical care instead. Many Doctors from Cambridge Hospital also have offices here."
